Our Investment Process

At the heart of our investment process is our comprehensive 21-Point proprietary investment framework which we rigorously apply to prospective investment opportunities in order to form our high-conviction views.

Our fundamental, bottom-up research process screens an investible universe of over 14,000 globally domiciled companies, assesses the business quality, management quality, and long-term intrinsic value compounding opportunity of each promising investment, and carefully evaluates and compares each business’s price with its magnitude and durability of future free cash flows.

The targeted end result of our process is a high-conviction portfolio of approximately 10-20 of the best long-term investment prospects we are able to identify. Combining our deep experience with our differentiated, repeatable approach provides us with what we believe to be a durable competitive advantage in the pursuit of multiplying our partners’ capital, alongside which we have invested much of our own.
